Recent Enquires

really long winded - but to summarise; - ps4 pro got frisbee`d at a wall during gamer rage - worked €fine` after but noticeably not as well as before - would still load games and play media, except specific titles. for example, it will load and allow me to play cold war, gta v, rocky league, but wouldn`t load games like warzone, fifa x rdr2. - indication is that it`s maybe a hdd error based on google and based on my error codes. - removed hdd and re-inserted, no resolution. - then, I removed hdd and unscrewed it from the hdd tray altogether. wanted to check for damage/inspect. couldn`t see any issues so re-assembled and inserted hdd back into console. - console now won`t turn on since this. - console turns on, but is stuck in a loop and the console flashes a blue light. - eventually met with error; €cannot start the ps4. cannot access system storage. (ce-34335-8). is this something that you think would be fixable? i`m reluctant to purchase a new hdd, internal or external until I know for sure that that`s the actual issue. please help!

when trying to re-install system software onto the ps4 via usb (original 500gb ps4 model), I receive the error code su-42118-6.

ps4 overheats, it`s a few years old. I take off the case and clean what I can without dismantling it but I need the thermal paste replaced and a thorough clean, maybe a check of fan and heat sensors/sink if that`s possible. god of war made it shut down because of heat the other day, touched it and it was way too hot so don`t know if that had any permanent effects. it`s in a really well ventilated area. almost outside so lots of cold air.

ps4 overheating

ps4 keeps turning off, it has been noisy for about a month or so. do you think this is something you can repair?

ps4 not displaying anything on a couple of different displays, was working fine then all of a sudden stopped working. doesn`t display anything even in safe mode so I assume its something wrong with the hdmi

my ps4 is not overheating as such, but the fan is extremely loud and even though I have opened the console up and cleaned the fan, the problem still persists.

ps4 starts and runs normally. occasionally there is an audible static pop and the screen goes black, game sound is still there. after a second or so the picture returns and all is normal. this is happening more often now. we know it is not the screen as this has been replaced.

ps4 wont turn on

i can turn the ps4 pro on and I can see sometimes the ps4 image on the screen for 1 sec but that`s it...i`m not sure but I think the hdmi port is damaged

blue light, ps4 just won`t turn on, how much would it be to repair?

my ps4 pro, when I try to turn it on, turns on for a second with a visible blue light and then turns off instantly. I don`t think it`s blod as blod tends to be on for longer. I have tried using a different power cord but the same thing happened. i`m starting to think that this is a psu problem.
