first it tells me to connect ps4 controle via usb wire then it tells me to re install softwear version by conecting usb storage device that contains version x or later for re-instilation, but then it tells me usb not connected and it then goes round in circles like that

hi therelast night after removing one of my games to play a different one the ps4 disc drive would not accept the disc and would just rotate it slowly in place until pushed in gently. after this it would constantly try and read the disc whilst making several clicking noises and other worrying sounds.i managed to remove the disc by pressing the eject button several times eject function works fine disc comes out at normal speedany assistance on this would be appreciated thankssam
