switch powers up , but refuses any game card that is put in. no error code but states the game card could not be read, please remove and reinsert. if this message appears repeatedly, it may mean that the game card or console is malfunctioning. I have tried gently cleaning the slot connectors and game cards, but to no avail. how much to repair please and when would be the earliest you could do it? thank you

i turned it on the other day and it said an update had failed to complete, and it won`t do anything now until the update is done, I rang xbox and they said the update needs to be put on a usb and put through, but although it`s their update, so in my eyes there fault they`re trying to charge me 110 for it? can you do this cheaper or is it about the same ?

hihaving tried three hdmi leads, we are not getting a signal to the tv

i think this is a disk drive fault. console wont accept disks and when it does wont read them. took it apart myself and one of the 2 rollers that pull the disk in and push it out was jammed upright. managed to pull it down back into position myself and it then takes and reads the next disk that I put in. however as soon as I take that disk out and put it back in again, I get the whole issue all over again.

its just the dvd drive that is not working, it seems as if the metal plate inside has bent inwards so dvds will not go in. please can I have a quote of how much it would be to fix this. thanks
