the console will not read the disc. the disc is not damaged, however if I put console at an angle, the drive will kick in to read the disc, which then read the disc, however it is a lot more louder and obviously not the way it should be working!

console makes ticking noises. a quick check online suggests it is due to a broken hard drive. console is also stuck in troubleshooting menu, displaying several error messages (e102, e105, e106) despite following instructions and performing factory restes. have left the console for a week, and tried turning it on, and again met with e102 message.
