when xbox is on the console gets very hot and playing fifa it stops on the last game of the season. the game is brand new and I have tried other games and the same thing happens.


the console is dead despite being on charge (both on a plug and on the gamestand)


instead of reading the disc when its put in the disc tray a message will appear saying open tray as if the there was no disc in the console at all. also the disc tray takes several attempts to open if it closed with no disc inside often resulting in me having to force it open with a knife. I think it may have something to do with the laser or disc drive but im really not sure what to do please help thanks.
