hi you have been recommended by my sister in law. I hope you can help, my sons switch randomly stopped working. its a nintendo lite. i`m not sure what happened to it. it wasn`t dropped or anything. he was playing it one day and the battery went dead but then on trying to charge it nothing happens. it`s not the charger as the charger will charge my daughters switch. there is a slight crack on the console near the charging point so i`m not sure if it is just a battery replacement or if there is something else wrong with it. but on trying to turn it on nothing happens. it`s just a blank dark screen. i`ve tried to hold the on switch and wait 15 seconds and repeated this to see if it works but nothing happens .please could you also let me know how much you charge to look / repair the console. thank you

i think the fan on the switch has given up, it was making a lot of noise a few weeks back and now it turns it self off and says `overheating` please let me know if you can help, ideally would rather drop it off to you. thanks howard
