keeps coming up with system error - I have tried resetting the console (but to keep games and apps), I have tried restarting it and have downloaded the offline system update files and plugged the usb in but nothing is working - I haven`t tried completely resetting the xbox but wondered if you knew if that would work or whether there is a repair that needs to be done to it


our wii console (model rvl-001) is no longer able to read discs despite having cleaned them and the laser lens. I have checked online about replacing the laser lens ourselves but looks tricky - please would you let me know if this something you`d be able to do. many thanks
