the touchscreen of my 3ds xl is cracked; most of the screen is black on start-up, but it turns a different colour after a few seconds and lines appear across the screen too. this prevents me from seeing anything in most of the screen. more importantly, there is a large crack at the bottom-left part of the touchscreen.
