hi I received an email from you concerning my repair request but you misunderstood it is not the controller that needs repairing it`s the console the controller works fine when the console is in safe mode and has also been tested on a second console so I know it`s not the controller that is broken this also suggests it`s not the usb port on the console I have tried reinstalling the firmware and rebuilding the database and returning the console to factory settings but none of this helps so it has to be a hardware issue with the console itself

Mr

there is a crack on the top screen, how much would it be for a repair please? ( nintendo 2ds xl )
